What this service is

AvtoMegobari is a car parts catalogue and a workshop directory. You find a part, check whether it fits your car, and get in touch with us.

There is no payment on this site. There is no basket and no online ordering. Once you send an enquiry we contact you, and the deal is agreed with a person.

Prices and availability

The price and stock shown in the catalogue are as at the last update, and are not a binding offer. A part may sell, or a price may move, before we reach your enquiry.

We confirm the final price when we contact you. If it differs from what the site showed, you hear about it before you order anything.

Fitment information

We try to be exact about which part goes on which car. Where we hold that data, the listing carries it.

Where we do not, the listing says compatibility needs verification. That is not a formality: the same model can take different parts depending on the year, and "it will probably fit" is a returned part.

If you are unsure, send us the VIN and we will check it for you.

Ordering, returns and warranty

Because there is no online payment, an order begins once we have agreed the part and the price with you.

• If we supplied the wrong part, we replace it or refund you. That is our mistake and it costs you nothing.
• If the part is right but you changed your mind, it can be returned unused and in its packaging, within a reasonable period of buying it.
• New parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. For used and reconditioned parts we tell you the warranty period before you buy.
• A part that has been fitted, and was chosen wrongly on the basis of what you told us, cannot be returned.

The exact terms depend on the part, and you always hear them before buying rather than afterwards.

Workshops

The workshops in the directory are independent businesses. They are not our employees and we do not carry out their work.

We introduce you and handle the booking. The agreement about the work itself is between you and the workshop.

Accounts

An account is only needed in the mobile app, for saving vehicles and for booking.

You are responsible for your account. If you think somebody else has got into it, tell us.

You can delete your account at any time.

How not to use it

• Scraping the catalogue in bulk with automated tools.
• Sending false enquiries or flooding the form.
• Using somebody else’s name or contact details.

Liability

We are responsible for what we supplied: the part, its description and its price.

We are not responsible for work carried out by a workshop, nor for indirect losses such as a working day missed.

Nothing here limits the rights Georgian consumer protection law gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes are heard in the Georgian courts.
