How to reach us
Write to us and we will answer. Usually the same day during working hours, though a weekend message may wait until Monday.
What to tell us
The more you send, the fewer questions we have to come back with, and the faster it gets sorted.
- Your car’s make, model and year. The VIN is better still.
- Which part this is about. If you found it on the site, send the link or the listing reference.
- If you already have an order, the order number.
You received the wrong part
Tell us before you fit it. If the mistake was ours, we replace it or refund you, and it costs you nothing.
A part that has already been fitted is much harder to return, so if you are unsure, call us first.
Deleting your account
There are two ways to delete your account.
- In the app: Settings, then Delete account. You will be asked to sign in again to confirm.
- In writing: message us from the email address the account uses and we will delete it.
Deleting removes your profile, your saved vehicles and your booking history.
If there is no order or payment in your name, the contact record goes too. If there is, that record stays, because we are required by law to keep accounting documents. Everything else is still removed.
Deletion cannot be undone. An account cannot be restored afterwards.
Complaints
If something went wrong, tell us plainly. If you are not happy with the answer, ask for it to be escalated and somebody else will look at it.
A complaint about work a workshop carried out should go to that workshop first, because they are independent businesses. If that gets nowhere, write to us and we will help.
